What is Microdosing?

A microdose is a sub-perceptual (inconspicuous) dose, which many people include in their weekly routines.
The idea behind this is to increase levels of creativity, energy and focus and reduce levels of stress, anxiety and emotional instability. Common effects include:
  • Increased flow
  • Mood Enhancement
  • Reduced stress
  • Emotional stability
  • Mindfulness, presence and peace
  • Openness and self-forgiveness
  • Becoming eloquent
  • Relief from persistent conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD and PTSD
  • Increased motivation (e.g. to make positive lifestyle changes)
  • Brighter, more connected thinking
  • Improves memory
  • Enhanced creativity
  • Easier meditation
  • Improves athletic endurance
  • Increased energy in general (without anxiety or subsequent crash)
  • Slight amplification of mood, positive or negative
  • Possible manic states
  • Potentially increased neuroticism
